With great sadness, we share the news of Bill Slavik’s peaceful passing on August 30, 2025 at the age of 67.

He was a loving husband for 48 years to Pat Slavik. A caring father to Kevin (Jennifer) and the late Kyle (1996). He was a proud Papa to Tristan, Colin, Talia, Kyle and Lauren. He is remembered as a beloved son of the late Bill and Helen Slavik. He is survived by his dear siblings Mary Ann (Gary), Cathy and Christine (Steve).

Bill will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In 1985, Bill started Bill’s Automotive Service. He dedicated many years to serving the community before handing over his business to his son Kevin in 2017. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to all the dedicated doctors and health professionals from The Windsor Cancer Clinic, Hospice of Windsor and Paramed for their exceptional care for Bill. We truly appreciate your kindness and support.

If you’d like to honor him with a donation, please consider giving to a charity of your choice.

A visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel- South 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236), on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm and again from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

A private family entombment will follow.
