In Loving Memory of Kathleen Morrison (Guerette)
Kathleen passed away peacefully on April 10, 2026, after a long and brave fight with various health issues.
Born on March 26, 1957, she showed a quiet strength that inspired everyone around her.
She felt most alive when she was outdoors, whether it was tending to her lovely garden, camping under the stars, or
just relaxing in her backyard. Her greatest happiness came from being with others; she valued every family gathering and the laughter
shared with close friends. Kathleen is now reunited with her dear husband, Don Morrison, her parents Julien and Louise Guerette, her brother Robert Guerette, and her sister Colleen Salminen. Her son, Edmund Halsted, along with her brothers Paul (Jo-Anne), Andre, and Tim (Doreen), will keep her memory alive. She also leaves behind many special cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly. Cremation has taken place in line with her wishes. The family kindly asks that donations be made in Kathleen’s memory to the Dew Drop Inn instead of sending flowers. The arrangements have been handled by Simpler Times Cremation Centre at 575 Central Avenue in Thunder Bay. Please sign the online condolences at everestofthunderbay. com
