Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare has received recognition as a leading employer in Southwestern Ontario from Mediacorp Canada Inc.

Each year, they conduct a competition to identify employers that excel in workplace policies, employee well-being, and family-friendly benefits.

“This recognition truly reflects our people, and this award belongs to them,” said HDGH President and CEO Bill Marra. “Being named a top employer speaks to the culture we have built together, grounded in teamwork, kindness, and a shared purpose.”

The hospital prioritizes employee wellness by providing comprehensive benefits, wellness programming, peer support, and areas designed for reflection and healing.

It also focuses on growth by celebrating its employees through initiatives such as Employee Appreciation Week and the President’s Awards.

“Through employee surveys and focus groups, we gain insight into what matters most, ensuring their voices help shape our plans and priorities, creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a meaningful difference,” read a release.
