We are heartbroken to share the news of Todor Minovski’s passing, which occurred peacefully on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Windsor Regional Hospital – Met Campus, at the age of 82. He was a devoted husband for 57 years to Vera Minovski (née Petreska). Todor was a loving father to Sophia (Mike) Sapardanis and Linda (Stephen) Mc Candless. As a proud grandfather, he took great joy in the lives of Kristina (Spencer) Bouchat, Michael Sapardanis, Logan Mc Candless, and Lauren Mc Candless. He was also a caring great-grandfather to Noah Bouchat. He is survived by his dear brother Alex (Panaja) Minovski and by his late brother Dime Minovski (survived by Draga). Many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and extended family will fondly remember him and miss him dearly. Todor will always be remembered for his steadfast love for his family, his pride in his grandchildren, and his enthusiasm for traveling. He earned respect during many dedicated years of service with Chrysler Canada. Visitation is set to take place at Windsor Chapel – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., Windsor, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 5:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m., with prayers at 7:00 p. m. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 11:00 a. m. at St. Nicholas Macedonian Orthodox Church. Interment will follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
