A manufacturing plant in Peterborough is set to see job cuts in early 2026. This time, it’s the Minute Maid facility. Greg Davis has the details. UPDATE: Shortly after this story aired on Friday at 5:30 p. m., UFCW Local 175 sent an email stating they haven’t received information about how many workers will be affected. This local union represents 80 employees, and layoffs are expected to happen no later than December 31. “Our members at Minute Maid, many of whom have years of service with the company, take great pride in their work and the quality products they manufacture,” stated UFCW Local 175 President Kelly Tosato. “This layoff will have a significant impact on these workers and their community.”
