With heavy hearts, we share the news of our beloved son, Eric James Easby, who passed away after a brave and relentless fight, surrounded by his family. He was the loving son of Todd and Annamaria Easby and a wonderful brother to Sabrina Easby. He will be dearly missed by his grandparents, the late Angelo and Giovanna Liolli, Terry and Carole Easby, Linda and Steve Bishop. His uncles, aunts, and cousins will also feel his absence deeply. A special thanks goes out to his close friends Kevin, Theo, Nathan, and Isaac for being such amazing support.
Eric truly lived life to the fullest and excelled in everything he pursued. He was indeed a shining light in our lives. We feel incredibly blessed and proud to have called him our son.
Cremation has occurred. Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday May 21, 2026 at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – South Chapel (3048 Dougall Ave., Windsor Ont., 519-253-7236), starting at 2:00 pm until the Celebration of Life with Memorial Service at 4:00 pm in the chapel.
A heartfelt thank you to all the doctors and nurses who assisted Eric throughout his journey in Windsor, Chatham, London, Washington D. C.; particularly Dr. Cacciotti, Dr. Bauman, and Dr. Hayes-Dixon.
