A man from Kitchener has been charged in connection with what Waterloo regional police are calling a drug trafficking operation operating throughout the area.
According to police, their investigation started in September when they identified a suspect who is 23 years old.
On Friday, officers carried out search warrants on vehicles and a home at undisclosed locations.
Police reported discovering suspected cocaine along with a significant amount of cash.
The charges include possession for the purpose of trafficking; possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000; and two counts of failing to comply with judicial release.
