Virginia Mae “Ginnie” Timpson
We are saddened to share the news of Virginia Mae “Ginnie” Timpson’s passing, which occurred on July 24, 2026, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
Born Virginia Mae Parlowe on June 14, 1951, in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Ginnie faced many challenges throughout her life. She approached each obstacle with strength and determination.
Her family and friends will remember her for her resilience and the incredible life she led despite difficulties.
Ginnie’s spirit will be held dear by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
The family is grateful for the care and kindness provided by the staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital during her last days.
<p In accordance with Ginnie's wishes, she will be cremated. Her ashes will be placed in a columbarium niche at New Hope Cemetery, 235 Cooper Street, Cambridge, Ontario, where she will rest peacefully.
The family extends their thanks to everyone for their thoughts, prayers, and support during this tough time.
