The minister also stated that the government has no intention of reversing the legislation passed earlier this year to support the project.

Bill 110, known as the Building Billy Bishop Airport Act, gives the province the authority to take city-owned lands around the airport in return for compensation and changes Toronto’s role in the tripartite agreement with the provincial government.
