Police have shut down a highway on-ramp after a crash in Mississauga.
The incident occurred just before 5 p. m. on the ramp from northbound Cawthra Road onto Queen Elizabeth Way, according to Ontario 511.
The OPP’s Highway Safety Division indicates that two vehicles were involved in the collision, and injuries are currently being evaluated.
The ramp from northbound Cawthra Road to the QEW is closed, and police advised drivers to avoid the area shortly before 6:15 p. m.
