TILLSONBURG – A Canadian comedy featuring a multi-generational family is set to take the stage at Theatre Tillsonburg. Having Hope at Home will premiere on Thursday, May 28th, and will run for two weekends. The cast includes six talented actors, one of whom is Kelly Verhoeve playing the role of Jane Bingham. “My character has been estranged from her daughter for about three years. The daughter has now come forward with a peace offering, so she invited us to come to dinner to try and mend some fences.” The entire performance unfolds during that pivotal evening, filled with plenty of laughter and heartfelt humor. Director Mark Smith can’t wait to bring this story to life. “As soon as I read the script, I loved it! I wanted us to do it on our stage because if I enjoyed it this much, so will everyone else.” Tickets are priced at $28 each and can be purchased through the Theatre Tillsonburg website online here.
