TILLSONBURG – Charges were filed after several individuals contacted the Oxford OPP about a group of dirt bikes riding recklessly in Tillsonburg. Officers located the group near Hardy Ave on Monday afternoon. While three members attempted to escape, officers managed to apprehend one without any issues. The 18-year-old has been charged with dangerous operation, stunt driving, and driving a vehicle without insurance.
