Antoine Lee Canada, known as “Twanylee,” was born on October 11, 1978. He was 39 years old when he passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Antoine graduated from Northeast High School in the Class of ’97 and was attending KU to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences with a focus on Youth Development & Juvenile Justice, along with a minor in Education Studies. He was a twin to Anthony Canada Sr., and he was born to Jimmy & Karla Canada. He is survived by his parental grandparents, three Aunts, two Uncles, and two cousins.
Antoine “Twanylee” accepted Christ at an early age and received the Holy Ghost while being part of Christ Temple, now called Victorious Life Church, located at 3400 Paseo Blvd, KCMO 64109, under the leadership of Bishop Mark C Tolbert.
He is remembered fondly by his parents Jimmy & Karla Canada, his twin brother Anthony Canada Sr., brothers James Canada Sr., Damon Canada Sr., and Laron Young, his sister Ayanna Canada, his maternal grandmother Ozella King, along with many nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly.
