The search for a woman from Markham who went missing has concluded after police confirmed she has been found.
The 28-year-old, noted to be vulnerable, left her residence sometime between 2 and 4 a. m. in the vicinity of Highway 7 East and Birchmount Avenue on Friday.
A command post was set up in the area where she disappeared as search and rescue teams started their efforts.
Just before 6:30 p. m., authorities announced that the woman had been located but did not share any further information regarding her condition.
