A man is in critical condition at the hospital following a crash in Scarborough.
Police arrived after receiving a call about the accident near Lawrence Avenue East and Markham Road around 11:15 p. m. on Friday.
According to investigators, a Toyota Camry collided with a Lexus that was turning left into a plaza.
The driver of the Lexus was thrown from the vehicle during the impact.
Paramedics quickly transported the Lexus driver to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he is currently being treated.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Camry was also taken to the hospital but is reported to have serious, yet non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing, and police are urging anyone with information to get in touch.
