A 34-year-old man from Ottawa has been named as the victim in a homicide that took place in Perth earlier this month.
According to an update released on April 21, the Ontario Provincial Police reported that Christo Allison Richards was found with life-threatening injuries at Last Duel Park in Perth on the afternoon of April 12. He was taken to a regional trauma center but unfortunately passed away later.
The OPP indicated that they believe the incident was “targeted with no signs of a broader threat,” and noted that the investigation is still ongoing.
