Halton Regional Police Service has released surveillance footage in an effort to identify those involved in a homicide that occurred in Oakville.
Halton police have shared a video showing three suspects wanted for the murder of a businessman, who was killed inside his shop in Oakville last year.
The recording, captured on March 22, 2025, displays the rear parking lot and alleyway at 145 Lakeshore Rd. E.
At 12:06 p. m., a man holding a gift bag with yellow tissue paper is seen walking into the alleyway and entering the building through a side door.
Moments later, two other individuals exit from a parked car and follow the man inside.

At 1:39 p. m., all three individuals exit the building through the alleyway door and get into a vehicle identified by investigators as a black Kia Forte.
Authorities reported receiving a call at 5:30 p. m. regarding Montagio Custom Tailoring, located at Suite 301 of the building, where a man was found deceased.
The victim has been named as Baljeet “Bally” Toki, age 43, who owned the shop.
His death was ruled as homicide afterward.
Police have not disclosed Toki’s cause of death.

One suspect is described as a white male standing six feet tall with a slim build and short hair. He wore a grey sports/suit jacket, darker pants, white high-top shoes, and had on a distinctive baseball-style cap featuring camouflage on the back with a solid dark front displaying a circular logo.
The second suspect is thought to be a Black male with slim build and shorter than the first one. He was last seen dressed in a blue hoody, dark pants, and white footwear.
The final suspect is also described as Black with similar slim build and height to the second suspect. He wore dark clothing along with black shoes that had unique red laces and carried across-body bag featuring red stripes along its strap.
