The Waterloo Regional Police Service reports they are looking into a shooting that occurred after a call was received on July 26th at 12:15 a. m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a male with a gunshot wound on Marshall Street.
The 31-year-old victim was taken to the hospital with injuries that are serious but not life-threatening, according to police.
The investigation into the shooting on Marshall Street in Waterloo is ongoing.
Authorities believe that those involved were acquainted with each other.
