Provincial police report that a motorcycle accident on Friday night in Wasaga Beach led to the death of the rider.
Huronia West OPP and other first responders were dispatched following reports of a single-motorcycle crash on Beachwood Road at 7:37 p. m.
Due to the collision, the rider, a 40-year-old from Wasaga Beach, was declared dead at the scene.
Police have stated that members of the OPP Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) unit arrived to aid in the ongoing investigation.
No further information about the incident or the rider has been shared by the OPP.
