According to Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), two men from Ottawa who are facing murder charges might be in British Columbia.

In a news release on Sunday, police indicated that they believe 34-year-old Joseph Madore is currently in B. C., noting he has connections in the Richmond, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Terrace areas.

The other suspect involved, 28-year-old Brayton Kennedy, may be traveling with Madore or could still be located in the Ottawa region.

On April 12, officers responded to Last Duel Park in Perth and discovered Christo Allison Richards, aged 34, suffering from life-threatening injuries. He was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Later that month, OPP announced that both Madore and Kennedy were charged with second-degree murder and warrants for their arrest were issued.

The police believe that this incident was targeted.

They are urging anyone with information about where Madore and Kennedy might be to reach out but advise against approaching them directly.
