In Loving Memory of
Andrew Lamothe
October 10, 1944 – September 4, 2026
With heavy hearts, we share the news of Andrew “Andy” Lamothe’s peaceful passing at home on September 4, 2026.
Andy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His family always came first in his life. He truly valued the moments spent with loved ones and was always ready to lend a hand or offer his support.
He will be fondly remembered by his wife Connie; daughter Andrea; son Michael (Jennifer); and grandchildren Nicholas and Claire, who filled his life with happiness. He will also be greatly missed by Wendell Brown (Isabel), whom he considered an “adopted son” and held dear to his heart.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents Lionel and Margaret Lamothe.
His siblings Marcel (Susan), Suzie (Gary), Murielle (predeceased – Ki), and Priscille (Bob) will also feel the loss deeply. Additionally, he is mourned by Connie’s family: predeceased Michael and Doreen Gratz along with her siblings Carol (Brian), John (Bonnie), Judy (Doug), and Lyle (Lynn).
Andy had a special bond with all of his nieces and nephews; he loved each one of them very much.
A proud member of the O. P. P., Andy dedicated 30 years to serving his community.
Through his kindness, friendship, and genuine care for others, he made a difference in many lives.
Rest peacefully, Andy.
