The new center in Mississauga adds to HCLTech’s worldwide network of 10 CSFCs, integrating advanced AI-powered security operations, real-time threat intelligence, and next-gen cyber defense tools. This will assist businesses in detecting, responding to, recovering from, and managing evolving threats across complicated digital landscapes.

As Canada places more emphasis on cybersecurity to safeguard businesses and citizens in today’s digital world, this center addresses data sovereignty needs by bolstering defenses against persistent threats through proactive and locally supported cybersecurity strategies.

“The launch of HCLTech’s Cybersecurity Fusion Center in Mississauga is a strong step for Ontario’s leadership in cybersecurity and digital innovation,” said Hon. Stephen Crawford, Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. “This investment will help protect Canadian businesses and infrastructure while creating good jobs and strengthening our digital economy.”

“Our Cybersecurity Fusion Center in Mississauga reflects our strategic commitment to building resilient digital ecosystems for clients in Canada,” said Jagadeshwar Gattu, President, Digital Foundation Services at HCLTech. “As cyber threats grow more sophisticated in an AI-led landscape, this center strengthens our ability to deliver intelligence-led security operations that help enterprises anticipate threats, recover faster and build total resilience while contributing to Canada’s position as a global hub for cybersecurity and technology innovation.”

HCLTech has established a strong presence in Canada over the last 16 years while contributing to the country’s tech ecosystem and workforce development. With Ontario as a major hub for innovation and talent development, the new CSFC will create chances to engage with and nurture the region’s flourishing cybersecurity talent pool while further advancing the company’s goals for significant expansion by 2030. This launch builds on recent investments such as opening its Calgary office and inaugurating its AI lab on June 3.
