York Regional Police have charged a 57-year-old man in connection with an alleged indecent act involving a woman in Markham.
According to police, on August 20, 2026, officers received a report of a man approaching a woman and committing an indecent act in the area of Mc Cowan Road and Highway 7 East. Investigators learned that the incident was captured on camera and later circulated on social media.
On August 27, 57-year-old Fabio GUERRIERI of Markham was charged with Indecent Act.
Police believe there may be additional victims in connection with the investigation. Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident, witnessed suspicious activity, or has information related to the case is being asked to contact police.
