Barrie police report that officers found a vehicle in a home’s driveway that had been hit by bullets; no injuries have been reported.

The city police are looking into a shooting that took place in northeast Barrie this morning.

At around 5:30 a. m. on May 8, police received calls about multiple shots being fired at a house on Hickling Trail, close to Nelson and Grove streets.

Authorities say officers discovered a vehicle in the driveway that had sustained gunfire damage. Thankfully, there were no injuries.
