THUNDER BAY – WEATHER DESK – Thunder Bay is kicking off Sunday with some partly cloudy skies, gentle winds, and a pleasant early-May atmosphere.

It’s a perfect day to rise and shine early since winds will pick up later this morning and rain is more likely tonight.

People have noticed the bright yellow object in the sky on Saturday, along with the blue color of the sky. After what felt like weeks of gray clouds, seeing blue skies and sunshine has been a refreshing change.
