A well-established property and asset management company with a strong background in multifamily rental housing has been selected as the exclusive property management partner for a new rental community in the west end of Kingston.

KEILTY Realty will take on property management responsibilities at The Grove, a large residential project consisting of five phases that will ultimately provide 410 rental apartments. Situated within the Centennial lands and managed by City Flats Asset Management, this community aims to meet ongoing rental demand while setting a benchmark for professionally managed multifamily housing. The first building, called The Cedar, is expected to be ready for residents by February 2027.

KEILTY was chosen after a thorough review process that highlighted its impressive 23-year history of delivering reliable, institutional-quality property management throughout Ontario. As the exclusive property manager, KEILTY will handle all daily operations at The Grove, including leasing and resident relations, maintenance and building functions, financial reporting, and ongoing asset planning in collaboration with City Flats.

“We are proud to be entrusted with the management of The Grove,” said KEILTY Rental Management Vice-president Brandon Ackerman. “City Flats has developed a strong blueprint for this community. Our role is to execute reliably, protect asset value, and deliver a consistent living experience that supports long-term success.”
