MNP, a national mid-market accounting and consulting firm, has taken over Sheppard, Kruger & Bowley, CPA, Professional Corporation, starting December 1, 2026.

Located in St. Catharines, ON, Sheppard, Kruger & Bowley offers accounting and tax services to clients across various sectors such as retail, trucking, and construction.

Graham Sheppard, the firm’s leader, will join MNP as a partner along with eight other team members. The Sheppard, Kruger & Bowley staff will continue working from their current office and will establish MNP’s second location in St. Catharines.

“We are thrilled to welcome Graham and his team to the MNP family,” said Jared Bourne, EVP for Ontario outside GTA at MNP. “Our growth in South Central Ontario has been strong and steady, and we have always been deliberate in selecting firms who align with our culture and values to join us.”

Over the last few years, MNP has grown its South Central Ontario team to more than 340 people spread across locations in St. Catharines, Welland, Burlington, Waterloo, and Cambridge.

“Joining MNP allows us to continue supporting our clients with the same local relationships and understanding of the Niagara business community while giving them access to a broader range of resources, specialized expertise and services,” said Sheppard. “MNP complements and enhances the work we already do and will help us deliver even greater value as our clients’ needs evolve.”

Headquartered in Calgary, MNP employs over 9,700 individuals across more than 150 offices throughout Canada.

This year alone, the firm also acquired Toronto-based accountancies Peakvest and Kanish & Partners.
