Tbaytel has announced a service disruption that is impacting some customers in its East and West areas.
The company stated that their technicians are working diligently to fix the issue as soon as possible.
“Tbaytel is currently experiencing an outage impacting Regional Mobility, and Wireless Internet services across parts of our East and West regions,” the company wrote on Facebook. “Technicians are actively working to restore connections as quickly as possible.”
There’s no estimate yet for when services will be back to normal, and Tbaytel hasn’t specified how many customers are affected.
The company expressed regret for the trouble caused and promised to provide updates as they work on restoring services.
