Toronto police are looking for a driver after a woman was hit by a vehicle near Lansdowne and Dupont avenues on Wednesday night.
Officers responded to Lansdowne and Brandon Avenue shortly after 8:30 p. m. following reports of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle.
The car involved is described as a small, grey vehicle that might have a broken windshield and did not stay at the scene.
The woman, who is thought to be in her 20s, was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
