Authorities report that they have taken down an illegal cannabis growing operation in Brampton, confiscating over $1.5 million worth of cannabis.
The operation was uncovered on August 4 when Toronto police carried out a search warrant related to another investigation at a commercial unit on Rutherford Road South, according to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in a news release issued Wednesday.
