Windsor Fire and Rescue Services reports that they have extinguished a fire at a concrete supplier located on North Service Road East.
The fire department announced on social media that they responded to the incident, which was visible from the E. C. Row Expressway, around 6 p. m. on Tuesday evening.

The fire affected a building and a nearby truck.
Crews had to take precautions to protect a nearby diesel tank and “other exposures” from igniting.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
A fire investigator is now present to figure out what caused the blaze. No estimate of damages has been provided yet.
Windsor Police have closed the road between Central Avenue and Pilette Road until further notice.
