Ottawa Ontario Provincial Police report that a 19-year-old woman was found dead following a house fire on Millhaven Road in Loyalist Township on Thursday night.

According to OPP, first responders were called to the home close to Caton Road at approximately 8:30 p. m. that evening.
The victim was initially reported as unaccounted for, and her body was later located during the investigation. OPP indicated she was alone when the incident occurred and they will not be disclosing her name.
The Ontario Fire Marshal’s office is looking into what caused the fire. Anyone with information is urged to contact Lennox & Addington OPP or Crime Stoppers.
