Dr. Mehdi Aloosh, Medical Officer of Health, has announced a Boil Water Advisory for the Town of Kingsville serviced by Union Water Supply specifically:
This advisory is being issued due to a loss of pressure.
The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit strongly advises that residents use only bottled water or water that has been boiled vigorously for one (1) minute for drinking, infant feeding, and food or ice preparation. This precautionary boil water advisory will stay in place until further notice while corrective actions are taken by Union Water Supply System. So far, no illnesses have been reported.
