Laila Farag has an impressive taekwondo track record, including a cadet gold medal at the Canadian Taekwondo Championships this year in Halifax. She’s also won multiple Ontario championships and even brought home gold from the US Open Taekwondo Championships.

Laila trains at Whitby Taekwondo Academy, where she guides younger athletes and acts as team captain for the high-performance group. She practices all year round and demonstrates outstanding leadership.
