Three new teams are set to join the Ontario Elite Hockey League in the 2025-26 season. The league has announced that it has accepted expansion applications from the Elora Rocks, Shelburne Muskies, and the Tillsonburg Thunder. All three teams are well-known and respected within their communities, and OEHL Commissioner Rick Richardson says that “These are three franchises steeped in hockey tradition.” This expansion aligns with the OEHL’s goal of creating a competitive Senior AA hockey league across small towns in Ontario. <p.
