A third individual has been charged with first-degree murder related to the death of an eastern Ontario man whose remains were discovered in the Ottawa River last year.
The charges involve the case of Robert Prevost, a 63-year-old from Clarence-Rockland who went missing in early March 2025.
On May 17, 2025, at about 5:30 p. m., officers from the Russell County OPP responded to a report about a body found in the Ottawa River near Dallaire Street.
