According to police, both Joseph Madore, aged 34, and Brayton Kennedy, aged 28, are from Ottawa and face charges of second-degree murder but have yet to be apprehended. The OPP released information about these warrants as part of their ongoing investigation into the death of Christo Allison Richards, also 34 years old and from Ottawa. Richards was discovered with critical injuries at Last Duel Park in Perth on April 11 and died shortly after arriving at the hospital. The authorities believe this incident was targeted. They’re urging anyone who might know where Madore and Kennedy are to reach out but also warning against trying to approach them directly.
