If you need help with Ontario Works, you’ll have to go to the Durham Region Headquarters in Whitby.

The Oshawa office, located at Midtown Mall on 200 John Street West, was shut down earlier this week because of flooding.

An update from the region on Thursday confirmed that the Oshawa office will stay closed for the remainder of the week for cleanup and repairs.

You can still access some limited services at the Community Resource Centre on the second floor of 200 John Street West.

Clients can reach out by calling 311 for more details.
