We are heartbroken to share the unexpected loss of Mike Harrington from Sutton, ON, who passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. He was born on January 25, 1960, in Sharon, Ontario. Mike’s life was filled with warmth, laughter, and a strong dedication to his family and friends.
Mike was truly one of a kind-funny, caring, and always putting family first. His outgoing nature made him loved by everyone who knew him. He found happiness in simple things and prioritized his family in everything he did.
Throughout his life, Mike took great pride in being a husband, father, and grandfather. His devoted wife Angela stood by him for 44 years as they created countless memories together. They celebrated their daughter Michelle (Ronnie) and held dear their grandchildren Nolan, Macy, Taylor, and Sadie-who were among his greatest joys. Michael especially focused on raising Nolan alongside Angela after their daughter Christine’s tragic passing nearly 22 years ago.
Even though his daughter Christine and parents Elsie and Bryan have gone before him, Mike kept their memories alive every day. He will be deeply missed by his brothers Bryan, Rick, John and Dan; his sisters-in-law; along with many nieces and nephews who stand by Angela, Michelle and Nolan during this tough time.
Mike’s sudden absence creates a significant void for all who knew him well. His love-filled nature and humor will live on through the stories we share about him.
We’ll remember Mike not just for who he was but for the impact he made on our lives. Though he is gone from us now, he’ll forever hold a special place in our hearts.
