This incident happened around 1 p. m. on October 25, resulting in a temporary closure of Highway 1 eastbound near the Oakville exit while emergency crews attended to the situation.

The highway reopened just before 3 p. m., but there is still a lane reduction as cleanup and recovery efforts are ongoing.
