A 22-year-old man from Oakville lost his life on Saturday following a single-vehicle accident on Highway 410.
As reported by the Ontario Provincial Police, the incident took place in Mississauga close to Courtneypark Drive East around 9:30 p. m.
Authorities stated that the vehicle struck a centre median, leaving the driver with critical injuries. He was transported to a hospital where he was later declared dead.
A portion of the collector lanes on Highway 410 near Courtneypark Drive East was shut down for several hours while an investigation was conducted.
