Halton Regional Police have shared new video footage that captures three suspects entering and leaving an Oakville store where a man was later discovered dead.

Officers responded to Montagio Custom Tailoring at 145 Lakeshore Road East, Suite 301, after the body of a man was found inside the establishment around 5:30 p. m. on March 22, 2025.

Authorities determined the death to be a homicide and identified the victim as Baljeet “Bally” Toki, aged 43, from Oakville.

Detectives obtained security video showing three males entering the business through an alleyway door at approximately 12:06 p. m. that same day and exiting around 1:39 p. m.

The police report that the suspects arrived and departed in a black Kia Forte.

The descriptions of the suspects are as follows:

Suspect 1: White, slim build, over six feet tall with short hair. He was last seen wearing a grey sports/suit jacket, dark pants, white high-top shoes, and carrying a gift bag with yellow tissue paper. Additionally, he wore a distinctive baseball cap (pictured below) with a camouflage pattern on the back and a solid dark front featuring a circular logo.Suspect 2: Black, slim build, shorter than suspect #1. Last seen in a blue hoodie, dark pants, and white shoes. Suspect 3: Black, slim build, similar height to suspect #2. Last seen wearing dark clothing, black shoes with notable red laces, and carrying a crossbody bag with a red stripe across the middle of the strap. Keep it Factual
