A man is currently hospitalized with serious injuries after an explosion occurred at a home in London, Ont. Emergency crews rushed to the scene following several 911 calls reporting the incident.
Brent Shea, a platoon chief with the London Fire Department, informed AM980 that they received numerous reports of the explosion at 131 Base Line Road W. on Wednesday.
“They (crews) confirmed that there was a structure that exploded on the property there,” Shea said. “Some remnants, but essentially the building has been demolished.”
