A 64-year-old man is facing several charges, including attempted murder, after authorities reported that gunshots were fired during a dispute between two individuals in Glencoe, a small town located southwest of London.
Ontario Provincial Police indicated that just before 8 p. m. on Sunday, officers from the Middlesex County and Elgin County detachments responded to a disturbance involving a firearm near Mc Rae and Victoria streets in Glencoe.
According to the provincial police, their investigation revealed that shots were indeed fired but fortunately no injuries occurred. They noted that the two individuals involved in this incident were known to one another.
