OPP has charged a driver from Kitchener with offences related to impairment after a crash occurred in Guelph-Eramosa Township.
The two-vehicle accident took place around 7 p. m. on July 15 on Wellington Road 124.
No injuries were reported, and officers who responded issued charges against one of the drivers.
The 30-year-old individual from Kitchener is facing multiple charges, including driving while impaired by alcohol, dangerous driving, operating a vehicle without insurance, and having open liquor in the vehicle.
The person charged received a suspension of their license for 90 days, and their vehicle was impounded for seven days. They are scheduled to appear in court in Guelph in August.
