BRAMPTON – A man who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with a homicide near Toronto has been taken into custody.
Peel regional police report that the 41-year-old suspect was facing first-degree murder charges and was arrested and charged on Monday.
He is currently being held pending a bail hearing.
This charge relates to a shooting incident in Brampton, Ont., that occurred in the early morning of May 11, 2024.
Officers discovered a victim suffering from gunshot wounds and transported him to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The victim has been identified as 43-year-old Dayne Gordon from Toronto.
