A teenager from Windsor has tragically died following a stabbing incident, with authorities considering it a suspected homicide.

Just before 6 p. m. on Sunday, police arrived at the scene after receiving reports of someone with a weapon in the 300 block of Tecumseh Rd. E. close to Mc Dougall St.

A 16-year-old boy was found with serious stab wounds and was immediately taken to the hospital, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries.

 

According to law enforcement, they located and arrested a suspect shortly afterward in the 1500 block of Goyeau Street.
