Gerald Lemay passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on May 8, 2019, after battling Corticobasal degeneration. He was a devoted husband to Virginia (nee Manahan) for 37 wonderful years. Jerry was a proud father to Jerry (Anna) Lemay, Johanna (Chris) Lemay-Carr, Dhayna Lemay (Igor Beric), and Nicole Lemay. He adored being a grandpa to Logan and the baby expected in June 2019. He was the caring son of Bernice (late Jack Donaldson) and the late Gerald (surviving, Carol). Jerry had close bonds with his siblings: Sue Calleja (late Bruce 2012), late Barbara (1990) (surviving, Bill) Bazylinski, Dan (Patty), Ron (Mary), Alan (Pam), Brian (Debbie), and Patrick (Sherrilee). The family wants to extend their heartfelt thanks to family and friends as well as all current and past team members and business clients of Mayson Machining. Jerry founded Mayson Machine in 1979. He was an engaged boss who could be found at work seven days a week. Since he became ill, his son Jerry Jr. has taken over daily operations.
