John Robert Leigh

from Etobicoke passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at the age of 61. Loving son of the late Brian and Elsie Leigh. Beloved brother of Gillian and Ellory Lester from Mount Forest. He was a caring uncle to Cheryl Birrell, Brian and Colleen Lester, Matthew and Amber Lester, and Leigh-Ann and Nick Amsing. John will also be missed by his great nieces, great nephews, great great niece, and friends. In keeping with John’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A celebration of life will occur at Frank Lambier, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 409, located at 260 Daly Street in Palmerston on Sunday, June 7, 2026 from 2:00 to 4:00 p. m., with remembrances starting at 3:00 p. m.
