Sarnia police have shared new images of a suspect they are looking for on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old former junior hockey player at a Lambton College campus bar on Friday, April 10.

Kyaw Eh Doe, 24, who is also known as “Chin” and Leo King, is accused of firing shots inside the pub, resulting in the death of 20‑year‑old Dane Nisbet and injuring two other people.

Earlier, police confirmed that another suspect, 23-year-old Oudom “Richard” Bun from London, Ont., had been arrested and charged with second-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.

Doe is wanted for charges including second-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, and possession of a firearm while prohibited.

This past Thursday, police released new images that they hope will aid in capturing him. The pictures display various tattoos on his body, such as a small cross under his eye and a tiger wearing a crown on one hand (see below).

Authorities previously warned that Doe might be trying to alter his appearance and clothing while evading capture. He is believed to have connections with criminals in western and northern Ontario who may be assisting him in avoiding arrest.

Nisbet had previously played for the Jr. C Mooretown Flags and North Middlesex Stars in the PJCHL, which described his passing as a “profound tragedy.”

Police haven’t disclosed any information about a possible motive or whether the suspect was familiar with the victims.

The shooting occurred during a busy night at the campus bar.

Witnesses recounted scenes of chaos as patrons hurried to flee from the gunfire. The college later referred to this event as a “profound tragedy.”
